She fixed the issue free of charge, covered all mailing fees, and even recast the ring from scratch to ensure it was perfect. Her dedication to customer service is truly outstanding. "Amy And I have been together for 15 years, falling in love as young teenagers and bearing all of the storms that life has thrown our way. For many years 'the question' was hinted and prodded by family and friends alike however, the idea of marriage was never a priority. It was estimated the ring would arrive in 6-8 weeks, perhaps in time for our March anniversary. To my surprise, I was notified on February 10th that the ring was being dispatched for international delivery to the UK. As if guided by fate, the ring made a heroic journey to arrive by February 13th, just in time for the most overwhelming and wonderful Valentine's day we could have. It was packaged beautifully, along with a personal handwritten note, I cannot recommend Kelly's service enough, there is nobody else who provides what she does!"

"I'd had my eye on the Fairy Companion ring for ages before I even met my husband.
