What is your return policy?
Since all Soulbound jewelry is made-to-order, all sales are final and I cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, I must receive an email within 6 hours of when you place your order. Once production begins on your jewelry, your order cannot be cancelled or changed.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 4-6 weeks for production, not including shipping time.
